 For Utah County housing inventory remains low in most markets and categories, with overall market inventory down 16.1 percent from one year ago.  The overall Median Sales Price was up 9.0 percent to $272,500.  The property type with the largest price gain was the Townhouse-Condo segment, where prices increased 10.5 percent to $210,000.  The price range that tended to sell the quickest was the $200,000 to $300,000 range at 30 days.  The price range that tended to sell the slowest was the $750,000 and above range at 106 days.
