Seller FAQs
Kasby Real Estate Group
Q. How will you market my home online?
A. More than 90% of all buyers find their home online. Having an online presence is critical in selling your home for the highest possible price. Not only do we have a first class website for prospective buyers to browse, but we invest heavily in social media exposure for your home. In addition to social media exposure, we have a system to follow up and engage with those that show interest via our social media channels. We also market your property directly to hundreds of other real estate brokers in our marketplace via our MLS system. Your property is also marketed on hundreds of additional internet websites.
Q. Can you show me how to make my home more marketable?
A. With over 40 years of combined real estate experience we know what it takes to get a home ready for the market. Our team will assist you with staging recommendations and direction on addressing maintenance items that are critical for selling your home for the highest possible price. The general rule on improvements is to make them when they are really going to enhance the saleability or give a significant return on the money spent. We have a complimentary staging guide that will help you get started today!
Q. How will you communicate with me throughout the transaction?
A. Open communication is critical in any relationship and we consider the opportunity to sell your home an opportunity to build a long term relationship. We have a specific pre-listing process we go through with all of our listing clients and after the property is on the market we communicate directly with you regarding showing feedback, questions that we receive from prospective buyers, and sometimes just a check in call to see how you are doing. After the transaction closes, we consider you part of the family. We keep in contact on a regular basis and hope to stay in touch long after the transaction closes!
Q. Can you provide me with at least three recent references?
A. Absolutely! We have online reviews on Google and Facebook but sometimes that doesn’t give adequate perspective on the client experience. For your convenience, we also collect client stories from as many clients as possible so you can have a better idea of how we work and help our clients reach their goals. If you’d like, we can even connect you directly with past clients so you can learn first hand how we help simplify an otherwise stressful process.
Q. Do you have an administrator or personal assistant?
A. One of our core values is service and creating a client experience that you’ll want to tell your friends about! We work as a team so nothing falls through the cracks. Our Client Care Manager is at the center of that team. We want to ensure your needs and your goals are met in every way.
