It all begins with sparks followed by a luminous burst of light. There is something captivating about summer fireworks, especially when you can stretch out on the cool grass and watch the magic unfold with your family.
But Pioneer Day and the Fourth of July aren’t the only nights when Utah County lights up with fireworks. Check out these other fun summer events that you’ll want to mark on your calendar.
Mapleton
June 7, 2019

Cedar Hills
June 8, 2019
Grab a blanket or some lawn chairs and enjoy Cedar Hills’ Family Festival fireworks at 10 p.m. in Mesquite Park. For more details, visit cedarhills.org.
Springville
June 8, 2019
For Springville’s city celebration, the Long Run, an Eagles tribute band, will perform at the Spring Acres Arts Park at 8 p.m. with fireworks at 10 p.m. For more details, visit springville.org/art-city-days.
Orem Owlz
June 14, July 3, July 24, and September 7
There’s nothing quite like summer, fireworks, and baseball all rolled into one. The Orem Owlz will host several games followed by firework pyrotechnics this summer: June 14 (opening night, game starts at 7:05 p.m.), July 3 (Independence Day celebration, game starts at 7:05 p.m.), July 24 (Pioneer Day, game starts at 7:05 p.m.), and September 7 (fan appreciation night, game starts at 6:35).
